You’ll see a satellite photo of your lot, including measurements for your total lot size and serviceable area. The software excludes areas like your house or natural spaces. You can adjust the service area to match your needs, such as for shaded areas or tree coverage.  

Step 3) Get Your Estimate
Once satisfied with the adjustments, you’ll receive customized pricing for our most popular services based on your lot’s serviceable square footage.

 After adding items to your cart, you can view it to see all terms and conditions of service. From there, you can agree to services instantly or use the pricing as a guide. Call us anytime to confirm accuracy, bundle services into a monthly plan, or address any questions. FAQ: Instant Estimator Tool

Can I use the Instant Estimator on my phone?
  • Yes, but it might take a little longer than using a computer, especially if manual adjustments are needed.
  • For lots with standard natural areas and minimal tree cover, the AI measurements are usually accurate. If you notice a significant difference, adjustments are simple and recommended.
  • After entering your information, you’ll see a photo of the measurements. Below the photo, you’ll find a button to adjust the measurements if needed.
Is the estimate final and binding?
  • The estimate is binding if the measurements provided by the customer are accurate and accepted.
  • Once you accept the cart, our office will review the measurements to confirm accuracy.
  • If our office identifies the need for adjustments to the measurements, we will send a revised estimate to your email for confirmation before finalizing services.
  • If no adjustments are needed, the original estimate will be final, and no further estimates will be required.
  • This ensures that pricing is accurate and reflects only the actual serviceable area.
What if I mismeasure my lot?
  • Don’t worry! If the AI or your adjustments overestimate the service area (e.g., including lots of trees or non-turf areas), we’ll review and correct this before finalizing your price.
